Specifications

TANK

Impact resistant polyethylene tanks with UV-stabilised finish.
Calibrated sight gauge, flip-open filling lid with large basket strainer, separate chemical pre-mixer and 1¼” drain valve.
Quick fill system and chemical suction probe standard. Models available:
»» 4000 litre main tank with separate 80 litre flush tank
»» 3000 litre main tank with separate 90 litre flush tank
Separate 15 litre fresh water tank.

FANS

»»QM500 (500mm) – twelve QM500 axial-type fan heads, hydraulically driven simultaneously from tractor remotes. Tough, rotomolded cowl for impact resistance. Note: QM500 fans are best suited for use in vigorous sprawl-type canopies and vigorous VSP systems. Leaf guards are now fitted to the two lower fans behind the sprayer on the QM500 fans. Additional leaf guards for outer fans are optional – see price page

TRACTOR OIL SUPPLY AND HYDRAULIC CONTROL

»» Twelve QM40 fans – the system requires 72 L/min oil flow at 2,100 psi, at the tractor remotes, for full performance of 2,500 fan RPM
»» Twelve QM500 fans – the system requires 75 L/min oil flow at 2,750 psi, at the tractor remotes, for full performance of 2,250 fan RPM
Hydraulic distribution block on sprayer includes QM500 fan soft-start system, factory-set pressure relief valve, anti-cavitation and check valve for safety. ½” pressure line and ¾” return line to plumb to tractor tank are supplied. As standard, three sets remotes are required: two sets for left/right boom fold, one set for fan oil supply. An optional electric/hydraulic diverter valve HTEDV) is available to reduce requirement for remotes to two. See factory fitted options.
Optional in-cab electric fan speed adjuster is available. Note: Must have HV4000 controller for this option.

OPTIONAL MICRO POWER PACK (INDEPENDENT OIL SUPPLY)

The new Micro Power Pack is a self contained, independent oil supply system to reduce reliance on tractor hydraulics. It is PTO driven, mounted on a self steer drawbar and linked to the sprayer.
The Micro Power Pack features new technologies which create a smaller (20 litre oil capacity), lighter, quieter and cooler running unit, with automatic cut out if oil levels drop.
Suitable for 40–140 L/min oil flow, dependent on pump size.
Match pump size to sprayer requirements.
»»QM500 fans – 48cc pump for max 78 L/min of oil flow. Requires one tractor remote to drive product pump from tractor hydraulics
»» Dual pump – Combines the standard 48cc pump with another 24cc pump which drives the product pump, eliminating the need for tractor oil supply for the product pump

PUMP

AR oil-backed diaphragm type poly pump with chemical resistant diaphragms. AR180LFP (180 L/min), 0–15 bar.

DRIVE

»» PTO shaft (SH1AG/1200) – for standard model
»» PTO shaft (SH5AG/1200) – for Power Pack model

AGITATION

Twin Supa-flo agitators.

OIL COOLER

12 volt electric fan oil cooler to cool hydraulic oil, fitted standard.

NOZZLES

ALBUZ 60º and 80º ceramic hollow cone nozzles fitted as standard (brown and yellow).
»» 500mm fan – fitted with eight individual fully adjustable singleswivel nozzle assemblies. A main shut-off valve for each spray head is fitted

FILTRATION

Lid strainer, large suction filter, pressure filters.

CHASSIS

Tandem suspension standard. Full length, heavy duty, galvanised chassis, single step and jockey stand/wheel. Includes mud flaps.
Self-steer drawbar fitted as standard. Over-row hydraulic fold arms. Optional independent electro-hydraulic boom arm fold comes with electric diverter valve and switch box.

CONTROLS

Standard ECM manual control left/right shut-offs and manual relief valve. Optional fully automatic spray rate controller and Arag motorised valves.
